My 2--rd...birthday !!!

iz been a while since i had a real update...but all you pplz know that im in philly doing my thing...all has been well..but the lack of friends in philly kinda gets to be sometimes =[ i miss everyone back in the nyc...on the brighter side i own property now =] and a few more to come...im a beginner investor now...alot of pplz have been lecturing me about it...well not lecturing...more like words from the wise, teaching me so i dont make any stupid mistakes...im real excited about it..i cant wait to see what this year unfolds for me and my  investing/business partner Bobby...from what i see so far it looks like it will be a good year..i hope i dont jinx myself =X

anyways if you guys didnt know, my Birthday is coming up!!! and none of that old man comments =P im just more mature! puHahAha yeeaaa riite!

im gonna have a lil get together at: v lounge - room 1 this saturday, the 29th of april be there at 10pm! the location is 8th ave and 62nd st in brooklyn
